The mission of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research.

Save the Date! 2008 Walk to Cure Diabetes is Saturday, October 18, 2008 at Mayes Lake.

The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s (JDRF) Walk to Cure Diabetes is one of the fastest growing fundraising events in the world. Each year over 500,000 people “walk for a cure” at 200 JDRF Walk locations in over a dozen countries. 

Last year, over $85 million was raised worldwide for diabetes research and research education through JDRF’s Walk program.
